Entiendo que cada persona deba saber desempeñar varias labores para ser útil en una empresa. Pero siempre he creí­do que para ser eficiente dichas labores debí­an estar conectadas entre ellas, formando parte de un mismo proceso de producción, ser complementarias, ayudando una labor a realizar la otra, o realizarse en momentos totalmente separados y restringidos de forma que una no influya en la otra. Pero lo que me estoy encontrando cada dí­a más, es que las empresas, en su afán por ahorrar costes, buscan hombres orquestas que les hagan absolutamente de todo.

En los casos que aquí­ tenemos, las labores son claramente incompatibles. Creo que esto, a parte de ineficiente, lleva a un doble peligro. Por un lado se corre el riesgo de que una labor que es difí­cil de planificar en el seno de una empresa, como es la resolución de incidencias, colapse la planificación de la otra labor, lo que llevarí­a a una mala realización de la misma. Mientras que por otro lado la búsqueda de la persona orquesta lleva a que la empresa sea dependiente de dicha persona, por la acumulación de tareas y responsabilidades en una sola persona, lo que es contrario a la idea originaria de ahorrar costes…

En resumen. Se podrí­an calificar ambas ofertas de “no atractivas”.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: Los sueldos que ofrecen rondan los 12.000 €¬ brutos año. Lo que me confirma más que el objetivo que se busca es el ahorro de costes.
